Hello! I'm Sue Scarlett, I'm a yoga teacher passionate about sharing yoga with beginners and those over 50.
As we age, our bodies don't always function as well as they used to. I started AgeWell Yoga so you can be confident in your physical abilities and feel grounded as you age.
If you want to build strength, flexibility and inner calm and keep them through your 50s, 60s and beyond, my gentle yoga classes were created with you in mind.
Classes are either mat or chair based, with detailed instructions of the poses and options to suit a variety of ages and health situations. I create a caring and supportive environment and encourage participants to work within their range, whatever that is, on any given day.
