Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, one-on-one private sessions are special because the practice is 100% tailored to your specific needs. You are also able to pick the time that works best for you.
How it works
1) Book your appointment and use the form provided to outline of your goals.
2) As soon as I get this I'll set up a free phone discussion where we talk about your current fitness, your aims and any challenges. We'll agree on the number of individual sessions you may need to help you meet your goals.
3) At your appointment, I'll guide you through a personalised specifically for you to build your skills and work towards your goals.
Benefits
The 1 1/4 hour session will be tailored to your needs, situation and goals, and we will work at your pace.
After your individual coaching sessions you'll feel supported and confident about how to adapt yoga poses to suit your body to cater for any injuries / illness or conditions you are working with.
You'll receive a recording of the session and a record of your personalised sequence, using stick figure diagrams. This way you can practise the sequence regularly.

This is an hour of self-care for you to address specific goals, and connect to what feels good in your body.
The online 1 on 1 Private Yoga sessions are a great way to gain confidence in yourself as a yogi. You may wish to have a series of private sessions then join one of AgeWell's online small group classes or continue to have private sessions (with a discount for series of 6 sessions).
