Treat your entire body! Improve your strength, balance and flexibility. Assist your brain function and your well-being with chair based yoga.

Clear instructions and options suitable for beginners and returning student. You will be encouraged to select the options that best suit your body.

This regular class is designed for over 55s - class starts with a warm up and chair salutes to the sun. Then you'll be guided through poses either in the chair or with chair as a prop, before a cool down. Class ends with breath practice, meditation and relaxation.

Single classes allow for flexibility and provide a quality class at a very reasonable, accessible price.

Time: Mondays 9.30 am - 10.30 am

Dates: Term 3 2025 - 21 July - 22 September inc.

Charge: $10 a class or $90 for 10 (you get one free!) Cash or tap. (Rate for Seniors members, you can join on the day)

BYO mat and water bottle.

Arrive from 9.15 am. Class starts at promptly at 9.30am and ends at 10.30 am.

To keep everyone safe, there is no access to class after it has started

Location - Axis Centre, in the Queanbeyan Park, access carpark from Campbell Street.
