Treat yourself to a gentle yoga class and improve your strength, balance and flexibility. Be introduced to yoga poses that can assist brain function and enhance well-being.
Be guided with clear, encouraging instructions. Each class commences with a warm up, moves into an energising sequence including salutes to the sun. Poses include standing warriors and seated poses. Class finishes with a cool down followed by breath practice, meditation and relaxation.
Participants are encouraged to take the options which work well for their body and situation, to do what feels right.
Single classes allow for flexibility and are very reasonably priced to ensure accessibility for all.

Charge: $10 a class or $90 for ten (you get one free). Cash or tap. Rates for Seniors members, join on the day.
Arrive from 10.45 am. Class starts at promptly 11.00am and ends at 12 noon.
To keep everyone safe, there is no access to class after it has started
