These recordings of regular live classes are perfect if you want to get into yoga at your own speed. Ideal of older yogis and beginners. Gentle pace, with instructions that are simple to follow. You can pause, repeat and replay as many times as you want!

Feel a full body stretch as well as increasing your strength and flexibility with these I hour classes. Taught at a gentle pace with clear instructions for over 50s and beginners.

Each class includes connecting with your breath, a warm up, spine stretches, modified salutes to the sun, Warrior poses, balances, back bends and core work. Followed by a relaxing savasana, to seal your practise.
